The 2018's CNYC Regional Bureau acknowledged by the authorities
The Governor called on the youths to work together and to build a better future for the North-West Region.

The Regional Executive Bureau of the Cameroon National Youth Council (CNYC) for the North-West elected on Saturday 17 February 2018 at the conference hall of the Governor's Office, this day, paid the Governor a courtesy visit.

During the visit, each member of the elected executive bureau had the opportunity to introduce himself to the Governor of the North West Region.

The Regional Delegate of Youth Affairs and Civic Education, Mrs KELLY Victorine disclosed that two lists of 47 candidates were submitted while the electoral board accepted 14 candidates to run for the election of the North-West executive bureau. She equally added that though the campaign was hot, both parties agreed to work together.

The Governor on his part congratulated Mr NCHIA Bertrand's team which shall be the North-West Region's flag bearer at the national level. He equally enjoined them to make good use of the social media, to build and not to destroy and to enhance the private sector. He took time off to advise youths on how to be good leaders and how to contribute on bringing back the socio-political situation to normalcy in the Region. He urged them to be self-sufficient, hardworking and be on their guard so as not to be misled by misguided individuals.

He concluded by reminding them that only hard work pays.
