Holiday Camp 2014 in Bamenda
Eighty one youths from the Holiday Camp in P.S.S Bafut –Bamenda have paid a visit to the Governor of the North West Region.

Eighty one youths from the Holiday Camp in P.S.S Bafut have paid a visit to the Governor of the North West Region. The Fon of Mankon, ANGWAFOR III and the Regional Delegate of Tourism and Leisure were equally present during the visit.

During the visit, the youths had the opportunity to pose questions to the Governor of the North West Region about the function of some government services and difficulties the Governor faces on a daily basis. The Governor on his part enjoined the youths to make use of the knowledge they shall acquire during the holiday camp. He took time off to educate the youths on the six Divisions of the North West Region and their headquarters.

The Regional Delegate of Tourism and Leisure, disclosed that the youths aged between 11 to 18 were selected from the Center, South, Littoral and North West Regions based on academic excellence in their various institutions.

The Holiday camp organized by the Ministry of Tourism and Leisure is a yearly event which takes place in each selected region.

The holiday camp shall run from the 10th to the 22nd of July 2014.
