BICEC officially opens its doors in Bamenda
The Governor of the North-West Region, has acknowledged the BICEC management for opening a branch in Bamenda.

According to the Branch Manager, BICEC is aimed at bringing the clientele closer to his bank that is why his office has moved from the first floor to the ground floor and the new Bamenda branch has already, got 10, 607 customers, delivered 7000 payment and withdrawal cards, granted 1400 school credits, representing CFA 750 billion Frs and has made 13,724 transactions

The Managing Director on his part noted that BICEC managed around 270,000 accounts in Cameroon, was ahead of its competitors since stepped its savings to CFA 500 billion Frs at the end of 2014 and thanks to those savings, CFA 20 billion Frs of school credits has been granted to some families and CFA 100 billion Frs to some big, small and medium sized enterprises and industries. According to him, the renovation of that branch was to give its clientele the best.

For the Governor, BICEC has grown and become the largest banking network in Cameroon and Central Africa as seen inits750 employees, 315, 000 customers, 36 outlets countrywide. Equally the bank accompanies small and medium sized enterprises and industries within the framework of the 2035 emergence vision. He has also noted that the renovation works of the Bamenda branch which ran for six months costed approximately CFA 300, 000,000 Frs, he urged the population of Bamenda and the entire Nord-West residents to take advantage of the modern and adapted banking services offered by BICEC.
