Traditional Rulers against Wild Poliovirus

As part of strengthening Government's commitment to stop the ongoing circulation of wild poliovirus in our contry, the President of the National Council of Cameroon Traditional Rulers hereby invites all traditional rulers of the country to actively collaborate with Administrative Authorities, as in the past, in effectively eradicationg all epidemics in general, and polio in particular which is a crippling and deadly disease. He wishes to remind them of the coming of free National Immunization Days to respond to poliomyelitis that will take place respectively from Friday, 30 May 2014 to Sunday 1st June 2014 and from 20-22 June 2014 in the ten Regions of Cameroon.
