The Governor of the North-West Region, H.E Lele Lafrique Tchoffo Deben Adolphe wishes to inform the entire North-West population that the time of the restriction of movements of persons and goods within the North-West Region has not changed and remains between 9pm and 5 am; contrary to the information circulated on the social media.
